I don't know. She was professional. Probably had her set question lined up that were pertinent. She just got thrown a curve ball. Happens a lot. Someone said the negative spin on this also promotes the big bash. I think this is marketing in a way.

Again, with the benefit of hindsight, it appears that Gayle is a bit of a sleaze, (or maybe worse), so deserves some of this anger.

Honestly they need to find someone better. There's a huge contrast between the 2-3 guys in the commentary box talking shit all game, and her taking the odd interview she does WAY too seriously, the whole BBL series is about fun and atmosphere and I'm not sure how she fits. I'm not saying she's wrong in taking offence to the whole thing...... Gayle clearly said the wrong thing to the wrong person in-front of a few million people, but it's pretty obvious she takes her job a little too seriously for an environment like BBL.
