Most people don’t care, they let their cats roam all over. I’m glad you’re a good cat owner.
I live in the country and some cat owners don’t give a fa rk. They kill parrots, frogs, lizards, anything they can get their claws on.
Here is one of my pets. Her name is Fat Guts.

One of my cats is scared of birds. One landed on the balcony once and she ran inside and onto my lap. Lol

The other cat when he goes down to the communal garden I take him on his lead. He loves to sniff the plants and be a handsome boy on his lead lol.

I may nor be a good person, but I let my cat out for a few hours a day (it's a bit cruel to keep them inside all day imo) and everytime I see her attacking or trying to kill a mouse and or bird (or last week a lizard) I try my best to save those wretched creatures and put my cat inside, even if she is upset with me for a while.

I have saved probably 20 or so critters since we have had her (Leela)

I feel guilty btw if I accidentally step on and kill a snail (disgusting creatures btw)
