I had 33 points today in the howling cold wind at Clifton Golf Club. Fell 5 shots over handicap after 4 holes with 2 washes in a row. Putting was horrendous early on the fast an unfamiliar greens. Usually I do quite a few warm up putts but got caught off guard with the shotgun start.
Drove the ball like an arrow and my iron game is getting better every round. I’m not hitting the 3 or 5 wood off the tight lies atm.

27 points in very windy and cool conditions. 14 on the front and then started the back 9 with a three a three and a birdie 3 a 4. Six points from the final seven holes with multiple OB’s on tight holes with the wind blowing hard towards the OB was very disappointing.

A 37 for me today. Felt like I left a 40+ out there though
Would have nominated tomorrow but the entire field has pulled out because of today’s rain and more forecast tomorrow, and carts are banned. I’m probably just going to go have a practice hit. So if anyone here wants to play Lang Lang in the winter tomorrow is probably the day for it.
