As everyone else has said there's a lot of red flags there, especially the comment around "getting even" and then trying to get you into the disabled toilets straight away. Dom/Sub requires a lot of trust and it sounds like he's in it for the wrong reasons rather than being a well adjusted person who happens to enjoy being a dom. Plenty more fish in the sea and an absurdly high percentage of guys who are into kink identify as a dom so there's no shortage of potentially compatible partners out there.
Freo fans are alright, WC are among the worst and I've been to Ess and Coll games.
