So quiet on here, I feel like Ross, SC and I were the only ones to watch the game haha
I've been watching everything, I just forget this sub-division of BigFooty exists sometimes, like every season until this one.

If we can win on Wednesday, at least there is some kind of "scoreboard pressure" on Man City fairly late in the season. We then have to hope for a slip up by then by Arsenal. Unlikely, but I do hope we can go as close to winning out from here as possible to at least force the issue. Make them need 90 or more points to win the league.

Think we can finish above Arsenal, they have some tough remaining fixtures where they may drop points.

City just wont drop points though, they never do when in this position. But I will pray to 6 pound 4 ounce baby football jesus for such a miracle.

They’re the masters of giving you hope for 82 mins, then crushing your spirit as a deflected Rodri or Bernardo shot from 40 yards out weaves its way through 10 defenders…

Going to be an absolute shitfest away to PSR Breach Utd. They'll be well up for it. I'd start Curtis for this one as he generally does well in derbies alongside Grav & Mac. Grav needs another start after his stellar performance at Fulham.

VVD & Konate are a must at CB. I would actually give Kostats a go at LB, Robbo has played a lot recently.

I reckon the first half at Anfield v Atalanta may have stamped Kostas' papers. He was dreadful.

I would think, under Klopp, our record would be worse under Oliver and Taylor in part because they get the best games against the toughest opponents.

The Oliver-City case is starting to pile up after Grealish handled the ball on the weekend.

This is as insane as the fact the 2019 Champions League Final XI only started once together.

In that respect injuries this season are probably actually worse than 20/21. The only main difference is we had 4 season ending injuries in 2020/21 (VVD, Gomez, Matip, Henderson) plus a few long term injuries which made it feel worse than this season's injury crisis.

I reckon Amorim asked how much he would be given for new players and when he was told 20 million he said thanks but no thanks. West Ham's owners showing more ambition for West Ham than Liverpool's cheapskate owners show for Liverpool.
