Poor second half but 3 points is 3 points.

Jaros looked great and didn't put a foot wrong. I think that was conclusive evidence that Szobo is very much the weak link in midfield.

What Szobo does doesnt really turn up on the stat sheet and that is that he's a pressing monster. Runs far more than Mac and Grav, he's key to how the midfield works, but it works with Mac and Grav. When it's Szobo and Jones, it tends not to work.

Really good first half but a fairly poor second half. I feel like individuals are all playing well at different times but we're not all playing well at the same time.

Like today Tsimikas, VVD, Konate, Ali, Grav played well but I felt Mo, TAA, Mac, Jota, Gakpo really didnt. Jones was middling.

Cant seem to all put it together which reflects on how we havent really had any real comfortable victories yet this season where we've just put teams away easily. What it does show though is mental fortitude to still be grinding out results and the old chestnut of really good teams still finding wins when not playing well.

That's kinda been us all season really.

Grav is some footballer. He is loving it out there at the moment. His ability to turn and make space is awesome to watch
