Every year the earth gets hotter due to the presence of human induced CO2 in the atmosphere.
As time goes on and the temperature increases, there is more extreme weather events, bushfires and eventually sea level rises.
The frog in the water starts to boil .
This in the long run will make parts of the world unliveable.

I drive a petrol car which I don't drive much. I think Woodside getting a 30 year lease extention will use a bit more than me.
You're struggling with the concept of where the large mass of CO2 is coming from. It's unnessesary fossil fuel production when there are a plethora of renewable energy alternatives.
We still subsidise fossil fuel companies which is insane.
Next culprit is beef production. Chicken uses much less CO2.
