There is little known codicil in the AFL constitution which states “if Carlton is entitled to Round 1 compensation in the AFL draft, then that means they aren’t”.

Pretty sure most players that elect to leave a club take into account many more factors than purely $.

He can still earn very good $ at Carlton and be part of team success that seems alot more attractive than jumping ship purely for $ which l am confident will be likely outcome.
lf he does elect to leave l don't see the Saints as his destination.

Absolutely there is, the majority of decent AFL players could make more if they were willing to leave but I can’t think of a player who has ever knocked back ~$600k PA.
I’d be surprised if he left us for an extra couple of hundred thousand so unless someone offers up St Kilda type money I think he goes there.

Right there with you Stig. Somehow I thought I had 11 weeks to get in shape for my cousins wedding over in WA in March and it turned out I got the dates mixed up only had 7 1/2.

Given I had all my suits fitted when I was 10kgs lighter I've spent the last 26 days in an extreme calorie deficit exercising 3 times per day. 15km walk, 20minutes of swimming and 1 lifting session at the gym each day.

Im 5.9kgs down feeling like death with 27days left to go.

Not quite the same thing but keep it up Stig!

Some of the early highlights in this clip are from his DEBUT1967 season where he finished 3rd in the Brownlow Medal - look very closely at the way he moves - if he isn't the prototype for both Gary Ablett Snr & Jnr in all his highlights I'll go he.
