David Cloke was a 300 game out and out champion.

His three boys have taken the Eastern Ranges to Grand Finals.

They are all now playing for an AFL Club. They may or may not make it, but one would suggest at leat one or two of them will.

What's so funny about that? I hope my family will be as big a "laughing stock"!!

Well being a collingwood supporter makes you a laughing stock! Don't you have any respect for yourself????????

From some who follows Richmond.

Got a President or Board yet?

And this is coming from some who has 3 dud clokes and 3 dud shaws in there team plus the biggest w*nker of a fat pr1ck president in the game.

I love the crap the Clokes cop. As I said in another thread, some people think if you don't win the rising star and then a Brownlow by 21 you are a dud.

The theory:
Jason is a hack, the rest must be.
It's the same as the Shaw theory.

The facts:
Jason has some ability but has limitations in skills and pace that might see him delisted in the next 2 years or might be overcome. He can read the play and he has G&D. IMO he won’t ultimately make it but his strengths will see him given every opportunity. Probably ultimately too much opportunity. This is a make or break year.
Cameron is a 20 year old who has serious potential as a CHF and a bit less so as a ruckman. He likes a physical contest and has the body to handle it. He can take a mark. He has a slight pace deficiency but is quicker than Jason. His ground skills need to improve but he won’t ever be a ground player. He ain’t Wayne Carey but neither was Murray Wiederman.
Travis hasn't even played a game yet but people who haven't seen him know he's a hack in spite of two clubs chasing him for the 3rd round F/S selection. He is tall, relatively mobile, a good mark and good kick. Not a bad start and with a football upbringing something worth some sort of excitement from the Collingwood faithful. Looks a versatile KP and Ruck option. It’s all subject to development though which is always an unknown. Looks the best big man prospect since Aaron James or Anthony Rocca. Apologies to Andrew Tarpey.

My opinion:
Jason will play half the games at least and finish the year in the twos, losing his spot to Maxwell.

Cameron will do some rucking, take marks, kick goals and hurt people with a smile on his face in 2005 and make CHF his own by years end. Nothing over the top but plenty of hard work and solid contesting while allowing Rocca and particularly Tarrant some license. Cam will make it and play 200+ games.

Travis will be held back and Collingwood fans will go overboard as he shows he will be a class above VFL footy by half way through the year.

Meanwhile Brayden Shaw will shut a few up for the other family.

It amazes me that people think that the Clokes took Eastern Ranges to Grand Finals. Apart from the fact that there are many others that play for ER, the Clokes boys have actually not played that many games in the TAC Cup. Between them they have probably played as many as 1 individual player. So their input is fairly minimal.

Yet our president has our club rolling in the cash, and a very strong future, while all your president has managed to do is send your club broke, putting it in a very poor financial position. And your on field performance is another laughing matter altogether.
Richmond would love someone like Eddie running their club, and it shows by how jealous all the Tiges supporters are.

I think you're defending them a little too much. I get the impression that most of the anti-Cloke posts are made to bait and get responses from you guys, which you all happily oblige. It is a bit funny though to hear so many pies fans go on about a kid that hasn't even played a game yet, sort of makes Melbourne fans look conservative about their young players.

Shame on you Cloke baggers, Shame on you all!
The Clokes are role models for a lot of gay people out there in the community. There's not many gay footballers, but the clokes are 3 that are proud of there sexuality and are not afraid to show the world where they stand. They give hope to other young gay people out there.
To the clokes. I salute you all. ;)
Hey local, you seem to know alot about all this gay stuff. Did you get some good news from channel Ten about your Australian queer eye audition tape?

Yeah only 12 games. That and playing the National Championships.

Not bad for someone who could have played another year at TAC Cup Level.

I would rather Aaron Henneman than Jason Cloke in my side.

IMO Jason is the biggest ******* ever to play AFL

You my friend are a ****************. Even I can accept Henneman is the greatest dud in history, followed closely by Bolton. Would love him at Essendon, has some guts and doesnt get humiliated like some of the ******** we have down back
