Eddie was truly great, even though you i never really looked at him as one of my favourites, but he was still hugely entertaining.

I got to see Eddie vs Rey at Rod Laver in April, at the time i didn't think it was that memorable, i guess i just felt i would probably get another chance to see him wrestle. But now i look at it and think how priveleged i was to see him wrestle live. A great entertainer and a greater wrestler.

What was your favourite Eddie match? I really liked the Eddie vs Kurt Angle match earier this year.
What was your favourite Eddie fued? I like acouple of Eddie fueds but i thought he did a real good job with the Rey fued this year.
Have you ever seen Eddie wrestle live, if so when? who against? I saw Eddie Wrestle once and that was at Rod Laver Arena against Rey Mysterio.

Some of my Favorite Eddie moments would have to be the Lie,Cheat and Steal moments in the ring, Like when he actioned off Kurts stuff or the way he screwed ppl over in the ring. I really think the way he won his match last week was the way he would have loved to go out.

What was your favorite Eddie match?

Without any doubt in my mind these are my top three.

1) ECW 1995, 2 out of 3 falls - Eddie Guerrero vs Dean Malenko.

2) WCW 1997, Crusierweight Title - Eddie Guerrero vs Rey Mysterio.

3) WWE 2002?, Ladder Match - Eddie Guerrero vs Rob Van Dam.

What was your favorite Eddie feud?

Not really a feud but any Guerrero/Malenko match worked for me over their stints in the big three at the time.

It’s very recent but his last match against Kennedy. I'm not much for the entertainment side of professional wrestling but the chair angle was pure genius. It went straight into his gimmick too, lying, cheating and stealing.

Have you ever seen Eddie wrestle live, if so when? who against?

I had the chance many times with the WWE tours of Australia but unfortunately never went. Its times like these where I wish I had of stopped being stubborn with the WWE and went to some of the shows. I have watched him with many promotions though, including WWF, WCW, ECW, ROH, IWA:MS, Mexico and Japan.

Have you met Eddie? If so, what was he like?

Unfortunately no.

I haven't seen the No Way Out 04 match ( me) but so far it would be his WrestleMania XX match vs Kurt Angle.

What was your favourite Eddie fued?
The Rey fued was pointless and dragged out way too long, Rey has become very stale,but its says a lot about Eddie by putting him over.Back to the point, his very short lived feud with Austin in 2002 was great.

Great entertainer,great wrestler, will be missed.

What was your favourite Eddie match? Mask vs Hair against Rey in WCW, any match against Malenko in ECW, as Black Tiger against Jushin Liger, any of the Gurrerros vs Benoit/Angle vs Edge/Rey matches, with Love Machine against Octagon and El Hijo del Santo. I could go on forever here.

WrestleMania 2000 in the six man tag. Was hilarious in this match.
Angle at the Smackdown tour last year - great match.
Have you met Eddie? If so, what was he like? No but by all accounts was a top bloke.

Eddie ...........you were a great man who will be greatly missed by all.

I happened to meet him in 1986 in Queensland before he was a star when he was 19.
He was there on holiday with his brother Hector.

If theres one thing im certain of in my life , its my value in Eddies friendship. As stated on Raw this week , he was LOVED by all. He was a great friend to everyone that he met. Although i only spent a week with him when we met , i could tell that he was very genuine.
Even then i could tell he had issues which would haunt him the rest of his life , but im not going into that.

Ive never seen hiom wrestle live but i have some obscure tapes that he sent me of his matches in Mexico. Simply outstanding!!!!

Eddie , Ill never forget our friendship or you. You made an impact on my life and everyone elses that knew you.

We ALL miss and love you bro.

heart failure, his heart was huge from the working out he's been doing over the last 4 years especially, but the vessels were very small due to his continued drug abuse prior to the last 4 years. As the heart grew and the vessels shrank it was only a matter of time.

yes both shows were scheuled for that night, filming both on the same night. Its not the first time they have done this

Yes they were, b/c of the international tour of europe/uk this week (and next I think)

As others have said, it was pre scheduled, I mean thats not even the normal night for doing Raw either, but due to the European tour they had to.

Fact is if what happened to Eddie on a normal day where both companies were in different cities, then they wouldnt have had enough time to get everyone to the 1 city and cancel the other show because of it.

My favourite Eddie match would have to be his match with Edge on Smackdown 2001. It was around september, and both just gave it everything they had, and it came off sensational. Eddie was a heel back then and the nearly the whole crowd was chanting "eddie eddie eddie", and was just a special moment.

Unfortunately i've only seen Eddie in WWE i did not watch him in WCW or ECW. So judging on his WWE enture, my favourite fued would have to be Rey Mysterio this year. It was just well put together fued, with tonnes of great matches. Eddie and Rey really complement each other when it come to the styles that they wrestle. my favourite Eddie-Rey match this year would have to be the summerslam ladder match. However an honourable mention would be the lead up to the Brock Lesnar match at No Way Out 2004. This is where i think he was at his best in terms of mic work. When he talked about his life and his love for the fans you knew he was speaking from his heart. and i'm glad the wwe let him do that, because it made the NWO match that much more special.

I think my favourite Eddie moments aren't your typical ones. I will always remember his Judgement Day blade job, and how he through a tyre wheel in the ring one time, so the ref was distracted and he'd cheat to win. I'll never forget his mic work before facing Brock. "I've been here before....another obstacle to overcome....impossible odds.." it was just golden.

I've seen Eddie wrestle live in Melbourne on August 29th 2004. It was an honour and a privledge to see him wrestle. It was against Kurt Angle which makes it that much more special, and as per usual it was an awesome match. Unfortunately i have never had the chance to meet Eddie Guerrero.
