Anyone know when we can expect grodd to make a return?

In one of the comic books (post flashpoint) he leads an ape revolution - whilst it was extremely cringeworthy, it'd make for great tv

Not for a while, dont think they will use him in the first half of the season. They didnt make it clear last season if Barry sent him to Gorilla City or a different world.

they limit grodd episodes because it chews up a lot of there cgi budget for the season

isn't the bloke who was playing the evil speedster in this ep an aussie?

good to have the show back wasn't happy that they seemed to have finished flashpoint all in one episode but the ending and joe's reaction to iris obviously it hasn't ended yet.

Evil speedster was in home and away

Decent episode, good to see Cisco's depressed complex won't last beyond this ep, as his personality is what helps make the show.

I'm going to throw it out there early on - Barry's new CSI 'roomie' Julian has to Alchemy. Falls in line with the villain's from the first two seasons being close to Barry in some way, only to be predictably revealed as the big bad. I hope it isn't the case, but the fact he has just appeared out of nowhere (at the same time as Alchemy) despite not even existing in the original timeline is almost too convenient.

Also, the fact he works as the meta-human CSI conveniently allows him to compile evidence on citizens around Central City to find out who have meta capabilities, and thereby help unlock powers from within those seen as the most powerful in order to build an army to overthrow society.

Is Wells off the show?
Tom Felton is a good addition to the series.
Calling him 'Allen' might make it more clear but the whole villain befriending Barry storyline surely won't go into a third season.

Anyways the less emotion charged moments there are from now on, the better.
Don't want a season 3 of Arrow repeat.
Katelyn as Killer Frost is cool.
As is Alchemy turning Wally into Kid Flash.

It's almost too obvious that I hope they don't do it. Though there has to be a connection between Julian Albert and Alchemy. Providing they don't go the obvious route, my guess is that Alchemy is responsible for Julian getting into the CSI department and that Julian is working for Alchemy.

I like how they all hated each other then Barry told them about his time travel and suddenly "oh we were all mates in the original time line ok cool lets do that"

Good to see Tom Felton hasn't been typecast as a jerk antagonising the good guy though ;)
