"Big" fight cards routinely have 45 mins between fights. I has to stop

It hurts the undercard fighters so much as well.
if the fights are close together people are more likely to watch more of the fights but why does anyone but hardcore fans want to watch anything but the main event when they have to do nothing but watch filler for 45 minutes?

I'm a believer of old man strength, I'm sure one good punch would seriously rattle JP, but there is no such thing as old man speed, old man agality, old man reflexes, old man stanima which is just as critical in boxing as a strength.
