Islam needs Charles Oliveira again and Tsarukyan on the resume and it'll start looking ok.

I'm not sure why he needs Oliveira again? No excuses for Charles there, and he's not going to fair any better 3 years later.

Arman I agree with. Though experienced, Arman was only 22 or 23 at the time of that fight, and has definitely improved quite a lot.

Gaethje is probably the only current LW he "needs" on his record for legacy sake. Though all of us watching now will know it came too late for Justin.

Haha oh mate, I won't ruin it for you but he was pissed at rampage for saying he looked like he was scissoring MVP when he touched his hand at the staredowns, came in with ****ed as energy and was basically threatening rampage to his face and it was pretty awkward for the first 20 mins. He's lucky rampage is 46 now and not 26 or he'd be dead

I can. The average age of the fighter is 36.7 i saw. No one's watching that shit mate. Who wants to watch Eddie Alvarez vs 41 year old Tony Ferguson or Werdum vs JDS

May as well get rampage and chael at that point.
I think the only way another promotion ever works is if they legalize soccer kicks and knees to a grounded opponent so that strikers have more of a chance.

PFL is failing and going broke, Bellator couldn't survive. The amount of money they're gonna have to pay these old campaigners vs the potential return is just gonna see another company fail. Unless it's a mid week fight league where's the money coming from to cover the 10s of millions they've already committed lol

Bellator was so boring. They had some good fighters, but who were their big personalities? Also extremely poorly promoted. PFL similar. Coker just too boring, cage announcer a complete and utter douche, and commentary that wasn't fantastic.

The UFC has always been successful. I put that down to the main crew.. the likes of Buffer, Rogan and especially Uncle D (love him or hate him). Dana has a way of causing drama and promoting very well. The organisation as a whole is from all accounts is very professional.

But yeah, you could well be proven correct. We'll have to wait and see.

Like you'd have to imagine that alot of those big names there aren't fighting for less than 300k a fight. Why would they. Gotta be spending 10s of millions of dollars and I certainly ain't buying a PPV so they'll need a tv deal.
I might watch some highlights if they're on YouTube, but apart from like Mendes and Stevens, who am I actually excited to watch fight?
