Long time Brewer (10 years nearly) and Hawks fan. I've been doing "all-grain" ales for the last 3-4 years (BIAB style) and kegging in my keg fridge. Although production is a bit low these days (kids, work, uni, etc) I still manage a few brews a year.
Currently bottled: Irish red ale
Currently on tap: nothing
