Does everyone read this to mean the same as I do:

That if players are banned but only miss a few games Mr Little isn't going to do anything about removing Mr Hird but if players miss a large amount of games an if enough members are upset enough then and only then will Mr Little look at removing Mr Hird from his current position?

Personally I think that Little has no idea what group of members is going to cause him the most problems should the players be found guilty. The very vocal hirdarlites for whom James is a god and can do wrong and it's not his fault or the more common EFC supporter who just wants this over and done with.

If it's a slap on the wrist penalty think he's more worried about the Hird lovers should Hird be sacked, if it's signficant the clean start becomes more important to keep the faith of the rest of the membership.

Until he knows the players are going to be banned and how long for he has no idea which way to go...

You guys are hilarious.

Ten minutes ago Hird was an idiot if he proceeded. Now he's an idiot because he didn't.

Can't please some people.
But you told us he would never give up, that he is fighting for justice, fighting against all those that wronged him, will be suing them all after he wins.

"It's been said that we've tried to suppress evidence, we've tried to hide things, but that's far from the truth" Hird said.

From: http://sociallitigator.com/2014/10/02/round-two-how-might-a-full-court-approach-james-hirds-appeal/

According to Hird's 'Notice of Appeal':
...Secondly, James Hird seeks an injunction preventing any show cause notice being issued against him arising from or relying on information obtained in the alleged Joint Investigation...
...Fourthly, James Hird also seeks an injunction preventing any show cause notice being issued against the players arising from or relying on information obtained in the alleged Joint Investigation...
...Finally, James Hird seeks a permanent injunction restraining ASADA’s CEO from using any information obtained in the alleged Joint Investigation for any purpose under the Act, the Regulations and the NAD Scheme...

Hah. You're only fooling the bombers faithful Albert.

Yes. We have been assured the investigation is unlawful and James was fighting for every little sports club around Australia.
He owed it to everyone from the canteen lady to the boot studders to keep the fight going against this injustice.
He simply had to appeal for us all. Who will be the next victim of this conspiracy?
It is but he wants everyone to now just get on with the footy. In other words he finally realised he has no hope.
