I guess if we tried playing Wells (for example) as the loose man in defence, it wouldn't work because they would put a man on him. Most teams are happy to see Brady playing the loose man role, because if anyone is going to rack up some cheap stats, they're happy for it to be him.

Once again as I stated prior to this season starting - if Rawlings has a good year then our season will be crap - look at the NMFC season in the years that Brady won it - 2004 & 2006 - yeah real memorable years they were for North!

Too many turnovers in that first quarter from a bloke that has played over 200 games.

I think he should go back to tagging when I look at the way we have been getting cut up in the midfield.

However, the current coach is beginning to strike me as being as inflexible as the last coach.

Brad-Roo is there anyone at our club who has more turnovers than Brady?

He is so frustrating. Today he sold his teamates into trouble so often it wasn't funny. Who was he playing on today? If it was Mcglynn he shouldn't be in the side next week.

You need to find someone else to vent your grief on mate.

Brady wouldn't be in the top 100 players in the competition for turnovers.

If he isn't the only reason is because he does his usual special move of digging himself a hole, dishing off to a teammate who gets killed the second after he touches the ball keepinh Brady at 100% efficiency...

Seriously, the less traffic that gets directed through Brady the better North will be. Purely speculation, but I feel for every 10 touches Brady gets, there is one calamity.

Interesting. Dont know what it is about Brady but every time he has a turnover it just seems to be so much more obvious...

My guess is that there are 3 or 4 people that for some unfounded reason have taken a disliking to Brady and then jump all over him the second he makes a turnover thereby supplanting him straight in to the BF North board consciousness, and on and on it goes until the fallacy ends up having a life of its own.

Brady is a tremendous player for our footy club, and even with the 5 turnovers a match he is currently a better player than 18 others in our senior side.

There isn't a club in the league that wouldn't snap him up for a good price and there isn't a club in the league that he wouldn't get a game for, and that includes Geelong.

Apart from Harvey and Anthony, Brady averages more possessions than all of those guys as well.

Regardless of turnovers, if everyone put in the effort and was as consistent as Brady we wouldn't lose many games.

Why is it that the more of the ball that Rawlings gets, the worse it is for us? You always know we are getting beaten when Rawlings is leading our possession count.

Fair call Big DF. Rawlings topped our disposals today with 31 & we were putrid. It's got me stuffed why BS allows Rawlings to play a sweeper roil in defence when he doesn't even have a broom. Opposition coaches must LOVE it when we play Brady as a loose man in defence. And correct me if I'm wrong but his opponent today (when he had one) was Giansiracusa who slammed home 5 goals.
I'm sick & tired of seeing Brady rack up useless/cheap stats in defence.

Keen on Tasmania.

Quick on the stats to defend the schnoz.

Perhaps your real name is "Brad(y) Roo"?
