The Jamarra Thread

Yep for all poster hatred of agents, I’m one, he’s their golden goose and he’s fecking it up for them.
As a player agent NS74 what would you say is the key factor in a kid picking a particular agent? Would one agents clients being in more disputes with their clubs than other agents clients have any influence at all?

Because as soon as the time line starts slipping back it just gives the media more ammunition. It may put more pressure on Jamarra (which although some may say is a good thing isn't constructive to any possible positive outcome) but it'll also put the club under the spot light aswell. There isn't really a winning situation here, not until and if Jamarra actually does start playing, even if it is only VFL.
Just my take… the media are going to get more ammunition regardless. If he skips training or isn’t selected to play VFL the longer this is going to fester.

Of course there’s no winning solution here but I’d squarely be putting the ball in the court of the JUH camp rather than “the bulldogs appear to be the roadblock”.

Amazing turn of events for the historically KPF bereft Bulldogs to potentially lose arguably the best young key forward in the comp and yet it’s probably going to be fine because we also have the other young key forward in that argument, another one good for 40-50 goals a year and another one playing VFL.

I don’t even reckon there is one mate..
I have heard two rumors about JUH, and these are from people I know not BF or other forums, although neither were direct sources. Therefore I can't validate them, but if the more serious one is true, its unlikely he'd ever play for us again, and the non-answers given to the media are just lip-service to buy time.

But as I said, I can't validate them.

I've moved on tbh. Yes it's inconvenient and yes there are things to be learned .. and applied ... out of the last 18 months.

But AFAIC, JUH is a sunk cost. We'll get nothing for whatever reason and I accept that. Might be different if Dog forbid there is a 3rd time but for now ... meh .... worse things have happened.

In the meantime, the best thing since sliced bread is scaring the opposition senseless, Freijah is unbelievably exciting and the best player in the comp is only 4-6 weeks away from a return. Plus we have Naughts, Flea back at some point and eventually Croft.

Like him with us, I just CGAF about JUH.

I can probably help validate one of them

I’d say I have heard the same two rumours mate. One from a pretty strong source too.

If or sounds more like when Marra goes, we have lost five very high profile players in Bevo's time. Three had behaviour issues, Tom was injury and mental health and Josh appeared to have a beef with Bevo or the club or both. I would say we are better club when Marra goes and joins Bailey and Jake in that group regardless of their ability.
