Interesting, wonder how the fans will react to him.
Reading the replies, some are glad he's back, others still bitter that he left for QPR.

Edit: For Villa assistant job, then QPR.

Villa! He left them to be an assistant at Villa, not even a proper gig.

I wonder if City win the Champions League Pep might step away? He was at Barca for four years then Bayern for three. He's been at City for seven years now.

De Zerbi might be the obvious replacement.
He wants to score a goal away at Spurs before he has achieved everything at City ;)

Would love it for xMelt

Ange would be close to top of the shortlist by now with Kompany, Alonso and Slot gone. Him and De Zerbi probably the top 2. With Enrique next. Then potter probably is in the mix
No way De Zerbi leaves Brighton for Spurs. Spurs are a club in turmoil facing a rebuild and requiring significant investment on the pitch.

De Zerbi can build on this season and got for a job at a big club that doesn't have the current issues that Spurs face.

Money and ridiculous amounts of it the only possible reason he could consider it. He did go to Donetsk so you never know. On about 2m a year at Brighton. Even if we were to pay him half what Conte got that would be 3.5x what he's on now

Our squad is probably most compatible to Amorim. But I'm done with the lot of them bar Kane so I'd love to see a good manager come in, look at this group and blow it up

He just got a 20% bonus. Levy saves those for himself. Seriously though, he'd look at what happened to Potter and question whether the grass is greener. He is in a very comfortable place at the moment and doing well. I wouldn't risk it if I was him. One more good season at Brighton and a top club without huge baggage will come knocking, whether it is in England or on the continent.

20% bonus on 2m compared to 15m

Not saying he'd get the full conte amount but still it's a huge pay increase.

Logic says stay. The squad and setup is better at Brighton

But a 10m payrise would be hard to turn down too

Good result. Between Levy and Slot their shiny scalps would've blinded the players.

Potter turned you down and he wasn't going anywhere near as well as RDZ is.

It is hard to turn down that kind of money. He'd want to be sure of his payout in the event that he is sacked though.
