Unless she's been sectioned or is hooked up to a machine there is nothing stopping her from speaking to police from her hospital bed or even discharging herself to assist police in putting him in jail.

It reminds me of Sarah Cafferkey’s killer filling the bin with the body in it with cement only to realise when it had dried that it made it too heavy to move.

Should have thought of that before he allegedly murdered Charlise, or allegedly disposing of her body after something other than murder at his hands happened.

The fear of jail is meant to act as a deterrent to committing crimes like the one's the accused is charged with.

Though if it happened on the tue night/wed morning and she reported it on the fri after having a bunch of convos with her fiancee while he was in the process of trying to dump the body, my guess and my opinion is that she’s been drug ****ed all week.

If he's still using my guess is she was was violently beaten in a drug fuelled rage, probably over something minor, he probably hated the fact that his fiance's kid was staying with them and tensions were up from the get go, my theory. My first impression from his pic is that he's a violent POS.

Some more info on this case (or things I'd missed yesterday) from this mornings update to an article in yesterday's Daily Telegraph, and republished today.

With a land size, of about 100 times a good sized block of residential land in Greater Sydney, and a main house that looks like it has enough rooms for a football team to live in, that's a big ask to entrust that property with a pair with their reported track records staying their, without someone keeping a close eye on them.

Surely that whole property would be security camera'ed to the max.

Stein takes quetiapine and risperidone as antipsychotics, they're used to treat schizophrenia or mania and they can work as a sedative. They're just the legal drugs he would have plenty of and might have blanked her for a couple of days. He probably also has prescription sleepers.

She's got a chubby double chin as well, it's not common to see that on heavy ice users.
