The NTSC version doesn't have the statue though? Though by reports it isn't very great. I had my artbook arrive a while back. Some of the artwork is absolutely superb.
Just got emailed a code for Super Mario Bros. Deluxe from Nintendo because of some "Nintendo Network Promotion".

Yep got mine as well. You got it for registering your Nintendo Network onto your 3DS after the last update.

Played about an hours worth if Yoshi's New Island. It's decently fun, pretty easy though and not much in the way of variety. Also I can't seem to decide if I like or don't like the really sketchy artstyle...
Also got this, loving it! It's starting to get a bit difficult, I think I'm in world 4 but I have about 40 lives to back me up...

Finished. Art style and music isn't as bad as reviewers have stated.
However the original game was longer in length and more difficult. Will probably have another run through and go back to original.

I also remember the original being a total pain in the arse compared to this one. Loved the music and art style though, not sure what there is to dislike about it.
Try Target ASAP. Got my Yoshi edition for $190 and all the games were $50 at most, average about $40. If that deal is over just check catalogues and wait for sales.
You could search around ebay looking for bargains, but most are only slightly cheaper than what you can get brand new in shops anyway.
Also for those who play/played a link between worlds, how did you find it? I took it back to the shop yesterday to exhange it, compared to other games in the series I really didn't enjoy it.

I felt I kinda rushed through it because I wanted to get back to pokemon, not sure if anyone felt the same? still loved it though.
I'm certain i'll come back to it at some stage.
Thanks mate, just looking for a cheap second hand one, don't think I'll get one under $150 though

Cheers. I think Target are having a "sale" on all the Mario 3DS games as well, they're around $50 each. I might just wait until I can get it for $30, I'm a bit underwhelmed with how it looks and the reviews aren't anything decent.

It'd be pretty hard to top the original.
At least the Mario 3DS games are coming down in price. I've waited a couple of years and filled out my PS3 collection a bit more and some Wii games still haven't come down from that 80-100 mark at most places.

I forgot about Fire Emblem Awakening ... but spending 10 hours stuffing around by playing 200 random battles to completely soup up everyone will make anyone want to forget.
