There is a saying that Palestinians use in Arabic that when translated to English means “they took it furnished”.
This dates back to 1948 and the Nakhba, when Zionist militia forcefully displaced 700,000 Palestinians from their homes. Those who didn’t flee perished.
Every Palestinian alive today around the world, only exists because of the direction in which their grandparents ran.
Theres are Palestinians today with keys to their homes that now have Israeli settlers living in them. It’s disgusting.
There are Palestinian towns that have been wiped off the map and been renamed in Hebrew to further erase any trace of life before 1948.
Modern day Palestine wasn’t a baron waste land.
There were indigenous people living there well before European Jews began settling there during the 2nd world war.
As far as Israel goes, it is nothing more than a failed settler colonial outpost built on the racist ideology of Zionism.
The land is meant for Muslims, Jews and Christians.
But modern Israeli society is so far gone that the last 76 years will continue for the next 76 years and nothing will change. It’ll keep getting worse.
The Israelis are not going anywhere.
And the Palestinians won’t stop fighting for their land.
But forgive me if I don’t feel any sympathy for the both sides argument.
The reality is when it comes down to humanity, subjecting Palestinians in the West Bank to Apartheid, evicting them from their homes, demolishing their houses, allowing Illegal settlers to obtain citizenship to anyone willing to come live there - all whilst carpet bombing Gaza and laughing in the face of international law.. Israel is simply a failed state.
And right now it’s being led by a genocidal maniac, who wants to set the region on fire and there is no one willing to put a leash on him.
