I wonder if when Carlton sends their memberships they also send crayons to cram up their members noses to lower their IQ enough.

Some of the stuff they are saying is just sad.

What do you expect with posts like this

The AFL once again screwing Carlton, from Greg Williams' utterly ridiculous 9 week suspension, the entire farce with the draconian salary cap punishments and now to this, the wider footy world once again trying to bring down the most successful, intelligently supported club in history. Well done, you've won this minor battle.

LOL at Ziebell.
Waited all that time to get an extra week.

It's quite

Unfortunate for North that Ziebell will be out for the Essendon game.
North are fools - Charged at an opponent - hit the player in the head - Tahe the 3 weeks and run.

Complete and utter fools.

I reckon he's unlucky to have 4 TBH; but reading all the classifications, he did tuck in, rather than go in 'opened up'.
So I don't think they had any sort of a case to reduce 'negligent'. But neither do I think that was worth 2, let alone 4 with all his loadings.

IMHO negligent should be a fair bit lighter than it is - and far far far more commonly applied.

That's actually a disgrace.
MRP count priors. For ANYTHING - unrelated incident, in play, off the ball, parking tickets, whatever
So why not the tribunal?

Because Chris Judd. That's the reason.

Seriously, the amount of people saying that it's Out of Character for him is infuriating.

What really riled me is the fact that Robbo thought that 3 would be fair for him, and yet he was disgusted by Heath Hocking's hit on Hayes and thought he should have got more. This is wild, wild insanity that bears no connection to real life whatsoever. It's absolute bullshit that Judd's reputation isn't that of a cowardly, filthy dog, because that would fit him like a glove.

Crazy-arse injury-inducing acts by Judd are as out of character for him as invading Poland was out of character for that guy with the square moustache.

Went the ball, got the ball, incidental contact. Disgraceful decision.

Hope you're meaning Zeibell here.

Judd got what he deserved, just a shame there is no loading. Grabbed the wrist and elbow to get the best leverage on Adams and the rest is history.

I don't think he was going anymore for the ball than Wellingham was, and well. I mean, it's pretty hard to get away with that argument when by the time you get to the ball, you're side on, in the air and with a shoulder tucked in...and the other guy has his arms out in front of him. The alternative option is probably to just to do what the carlton guy did - try to take the ball with your arms out in front of you. Not up in the air with the twin goals of getting the ball and taking out the other man. So I think North were pretty silly challenge it. They didn't have much hope. I actually thought, 'cause I only saw it in one angle at first, that he didn't get the head, but once both sides agreed he got the head he wasn't getting off.
