This kind of umpiring kills momentum. Saints kick 4 in a row, and then a tenuous deliberate out of bounds, and then immediately followed by Heeney marking after making contact to his opponent's head, drawing blood.

When the crowd gets lively and loud, the umpiring gets worse. The umpires lose their composure, or vision, or both.
