I honesty dont think you will be able to judge this untill well into both their careers. Will be like comparing the schwass/grant deal. Do you watch Wardlaw? Kids an animal and just as strong. Big difference is he isn’t a lazy **** like the other guy, who picks and chooses when he wants to compete. Wardlaw is on all the time.

I was responding to the poster that called it a shit deal.

Wardlaw has shown enough in a few games to show it was anything but a shit deal.

You can’t downplay Wardlaw while projecting greatness for JHF. If you asked me to pick between the two based on what we have seen, I’m going Wardlaw every day and twice on Sundays.

Melbourne are weird and not reliable. They have the talent to finish a GF with 16 goal to 1 but can go missing.

So very rarely do we see their best.

thay are a lot better with clarry in, IMO their midfield doesn't bat very deep, sparrow is about there their midfield depth runs out, possibly he may get stronger as he is young.
