Who are the best players in this league?

went down and had a look at the head to head battle between Tully and Walker on Saturday. One of them (Walker) likes to tell everyone how good he is and the other (Tully) just shows you how good he is. Walker is flashy no doubt but not big on putting his head over the footy.. Tully still No1...easily.

Another promoising display from the boys from Eliminyt! Maybe McGuane should concentrate on coaching and developing a game plan for his team, rather than spruiking to the papers about how good they are all week.

Lorne won the last one and since then have gained the following; Heathcote, White (only played 5 minutes), Shiels. They haven't selected Parsons & Leontiades.

Birregurra will welcome in Youd and Lynch since the two sides last meet. However they haven't selected; Thompson, Leeson, Roberts & Brien.

Not sure about Birre and where they have improved.

Tough game in tough conditions, I hear that Lorne has had a fair bit of rain. Lorne should get their nose in front with home ground advantage, but have lost their only two games so far this year at home Birre will probably enjoy Lorne being strangled by the lack of space at Stribling Reserve, however...

Lorne by 23 points
