There were no mangrove swamps at Alberton. West lakes and surrounds were a mangrove swamp. That's where the crows have their headquaters & train LOL

The mangroves were south of the Port Railway Bridge, where I fished from in my younger days, and the Port Canal as well, where i was taught to swim... LOL
I know the Port Adelaide and surrounding area very well.
In the effluent running off of the plains .. explains a lot
