It’s why your lawn always looks greener after a decent summer rain.

Also if you want more interesting information , wattle trees are part of the legume family . You plant legumes to put nitrogen back into the soil. When you grow wattle in tubes you can tap them out and see the nitrogen nodules take them off crush them and put into a watering can to help green up plants .

Got 20mm in about 10 minutes last night. Gutters couldn’t handle the storm and water was everywhere. Didn’t check my rainwater tank entry points and they were clogged up so the water wasn’t even getting in
