The best rain comes with electrical storms as it charges the particles and creates higher nitrogen content in the water. At our nursery it makes a huger difference when it rains with lightning. Saves us from having to fertilise.good for the garden

Also if you want more interesting information , wattle trees are part of the legume family . You plant legumes to put nitrogen back into the soil. When you grow wattle in tubes you can tap them out and see the nitrogen nodules take them off crush them and put into a watering can to help green up plants .
One last plant tidbit for you, South Australia’s floral emblem is also a hallucinogenic .

Looks like it missing at this stageHoping I get the maximum 20mm they are predicting tomorrow, doesn’t seem like much but it will fill my rainwater tanks and keep my property surviving.

No good mate.Got 20mm in about 10 minutes last night. Gutters couldn’t handle the storm and water was everywhere. Didn’t check my rainwater tank entry points and they were clogged up so the water wasn’t even getting in

Checking it down now in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne plus a bit of thunder and lightning. Glad I'm home and not still not out on the roads.
