I agree. I think there are enough differences between the foreground ( Duthie ) and the background ( Nixon ) to cast some doubt.
But I cant see any obvious differences in the pixels.

Someone here must know what to look for.

I highly doubt this picture has been photo shoop. There is a image in the mirror that is a reflection of Nixon. As for Duthie, that is her and she hasn't been photo shoop in to this picture.
The worry part of this photo is the brown stains on the sheets on the left of the photo?! Some likes to bite pillows!
