Every single player in the team had an above average game huh? That's astonishing, especially as we lost. And the comments for guys like Johnson, Wicks, Ronke etc certainly don't support them getting above average ratings, but they still did.

I've already explained my ratings before. Everyone starts at 6.
<6 is below average to very poor
6 is average, not good, not bad
6.5 is a pass
7 is a decent game
7.5 is a good game
8 is a very good game
8.5 is great
9 is amazing
10 is franklin/godly

Well that's a ****ing awesome system...so Lloyd could possibly get another 6 for being concussed in the early minutes of a game again? If 6 is average, Swans Blog gets a 6?

You can rate it whatever you want. It's based on soccer scoring - which I used while coaching soccer - because it's a fairer scoring system. It means poor performances don't necessarily receive scathing reviews and there's more latitude to express it.

Make up your own scale if you want, I sure won't be using the AFL or SEN ratings.

Lloyd would also get an NA. At least a reasonable amount of time has to pass for a player to get a rating.

I'll beat you to the ratings Chumpy...everyone gets a 6, which in reality is a pass! Above average, yet below average! Swans Blog over!

How does Sinclair get a higher rating than 5 other players? Your 2.5 rating is a higher number than the amount of ball he had and he was in the ruck for a fair chunk in the second half.

Will chuck in some of my own for discussions sake.

Jack
McVeigh
Hewett
Heeney

Forward delivery was shocking while he played forward and couldn't get near it let alone any of our forwards. Never going to outruck Smith and Stanley.

Still tried so ge gets a rating for that.
