Is there an easy way to get a block of colour in the Rich editor? I can do it piece of piss but I'm thinking of sustainability.

Not using the old style, however, I think you can now do HTML tables in BBCode, but I haven't played around with it yet. Otherwise I'd guess a small graphic would do the trick.
