Pretty much quit drinking when i turned 50. Gotta be a good reason for me to have a beer. Never felt better. Give it a shot. Then on day 32, get ****ing hammered.

I prefer drinking from the fish bowl. That’s when a mate makes a well in his nut sack, puts some alcohol in there. Then you can drink from either with a straw or your mouth. I always went the straw option personally.

I make up a batch of coconut milk for cereal, much thicker than the watery already mixed stuff.

A long time ago a specialist recommended I cut milk out of my diet, used to drink maybe a litre a day. Would often wake up with blocked sinuses, a couple of days after I stopped milk I was waking up with clear sinuses and have ever since.

Still miss milk, but it's worth it to wake up (and sleep!) breathing well, and coconut milk (got fat in it!) beats plant/nut milks by a long way!

FWIW, I looked into this a bit and my conclusion was that jersey cow milk is probably the only cows milk which you could say is definitely good for humans. The catch is that jersey's don't produce much compared to herefords etc., so the almighty dollar wins and we mostly get milk which is rubbish compared to what we could be drinking.

Kinda like the flavourless tomatoes etc. out there pretending to be food...

Heaps better. I didn't have a drink for a couple of months and started getting dizzy spells. Went to the doc and my blood pressure was low so he halved my BP med dosage. Was ok for about 3 months then started getting dizzy again so he took me off them. BP is now normal no meds. All from the grog according to the doc.
