They're tough to get perfect compared to most freezer pies, need to defrost them in the fridge, then heat gently around 110-120C FF with a dish of water involved to keep that short crust style pastry grouse. If ya defrost first they only take roughly as long the above way as they would from frozen anyway, can get 'em Friday shop and pick that perfect weekend pie-fest moment.
