Worth checking the op-shops for a bargain, actually saw instant pots 70-80% off in Spotlight the other week if you can manage a new one.

Apparently they're going out of business for building too good a product...doesn't wear out fast enough!

Great advantage with one of them is there's a couple of decades of recipes to try, just have to dodge the crazier seppo's and their truly far out there taste buds!
