Exactly. Muscle memory was trained by one of the best and he’s been trained like a maniac

The one thing about him he was one of the best trainers. Prepared like no one else I’ve ever seen. Not sure if anyone has seen the neck routines he used to do. It was insane

Had breakfast out this morning - big bowl of poached eggs in passatta with a side of sourdough. The menu didn't mention the passatta was heavily curried, but it certainly was.

I can usually take on a lot of heat and spice, but I had to force that satanic lava monstrosity down to be polite to the establishment.

Fast forward 3 hours and upper intestines are currently shredding. Plus bloated AF. Reckon I'll be blasting the can within the hour and it's not gunna be pretty
