James Sicily is a wonderful humanitarian, elite footballer, and has the least punchable face in the competition. He is beloved by all and continues the tradition of Hawthorn being unfairly penalised by the tribunal for acts that don't warrant sanction.

2. The first Grand Final (or its equivalent if you like) was held at Corio Oval in 1897.
3. The Brownlow Medal is named after a GFC administrator.
4. The GOAT and vice-GOAT, GAS and GAJ played for Geelong.
5. The creator of the modern handball game, Polly Farmer, is a Geelong legend.
6. Geelong is the equal oldest football club IN THE WORLD (pipedown Melbum, you didn’t play against yourselves).
7. We have the longest wooden spoon drought.
8. And last but not least, we have won a total of 17 premierships.
Conclusion: your miserable Johnny-come-lately blow-in clubs wouldn’t even exist if it wasn’t for the Mighty Cats.
