We are the boys from Tasmania
We play beside the sea
All for one and one for all
We strive for victory
There’s not a game that we can't win
Together we stand tall
The siren sounds we stand our ground
We’re Devils one and all
Stand and deliver
We’ll fight and not give in
We want it bad so every lad
Will push until we win
Devils show the courage
We rally to the call
We are the boys from Tasmania
In Green and Red and Gold.

Brought this to mind.
Let's trade for Wardlaw so we can play Dance of the Knights by Prokofiev and have that as our traditional music to play as we run out on to the ground:
play Penderecki if the opposition kicks a goal. Imagine this on the loud speakers in an enclosed stadium full of a hushed crowd. Dim the lights. Haunting. They will not want to kick another one
I kind of wouldn't mind if our theme song was a variation of this song, but it might be asking players a bit much to sing this after a win.
Doesn’t sound that badI had the thought that it would be cool if the Tasmania theme song was based off an old Tasmanian tune, so here's something I threw together from a song called "Our Own Tasmanian Home", written in 1919 by J.S. La Mont as an anthem for the island state. I've modified it slightly to better suit the genre, but most of the melody has been maintained.

Lyrics are as follows:
Can you hear the devils?
The island's pride and joy!
There is no other team that,
Tasmania can't destroy.
And when they hear us singing,
It rings on in their ears.
The devil fight we're bringing,
Gives voice to all their fears.
Like teams of old,
Red, green and gold,
We're equal to the test!
For when the final bell has tolled,
We've risen higher -
TAS-MAN-I-A -
Higher than the rest!
I believe something similar should be the national anthem. So I like it already. We are one, but we are many
And from all the lands on earth we come
We'll share a dream and sing with one voice
"I am, you are, we are Tasmanian”
I like this effort, except Tasmania isn't a town, so that part sounds weird.

Need to do what GWS did.
Get a band, get a beat/instrument going, no guitar solos and make the lyrics up from there.
The Giants went with trumpets, which makes sense for them (Giants). Devils make a dreadful noise. So maybe a Ukulele solo
yep! i’d be speaking to the person who wrote the gws theme song. think he’s part of “catempire”Need to do what GWS did.
