Tickets to see the Ducks

has anybody been to the stadium in Anaheim? Would you recommend getting better seats or are the cheap seats also good? Where is the best viewing for a hockey Virgin ?

Also there appears to be ahealthy second hand ticket market. Are these reliable?

Well, if you were going to a neutral game I'd say take cheap seats. Having sat in cheaper seats for SJ v Devils, They were ok.. but I liked the lower teir about 12 rows from the boards. Could see everything going on and you felt a lot closer.

Thanks guys I've never been to a game before so want the best viewing possible although don't want to waste money on prime seats unless they are worth it.

Good excuse to drag my wife out of Disneyland early!

Go lower bowl, tickets are pretty cheap in Anaheim compared to other hockey cities so pay a little more...quite a difference between upper and lower seats for the experience and viewing.

I'll be in Anaheim in January and got 2 tickets to the Ducks v Kings.

Upper bowl, Row 413 (Middle) - cost me $170 USD for 2 tickets from Ticketmaster ($24 service charge).

Roughly same position but in Lower bowl is looking upwards of $250 USD per ticket.

This is what I used, find which game you'd be seeing and have a look at the seat prices/availability, some teams will have lower prices (Winnipeg Jets prices are almost half compared to the Kings visiting.)

Don't use ticket master...use StubHub or Game Centre app...scalpers too, I got suite seats for Kings and Lightning last year for $70!

The seats were $73 each, against the Kings that's not horrible.

Already booked.

Ticketmaster isn't bad to use, depending on the team you want to see. If the team you are seeing sells out regularly then you are likely to pay over TM price for a game, if not then go stubhub. I got Clippers tickets for $13 via Stubhub..

Or just go up to the ticket area at Honda Centre and mentioned you were not able to print your ticket out, with your credit card and photo ID, and they will print it off for you. That's what I did every time.

I caught the ducks at Anaheim against Chicago back in '10. Not a bad arena, good view from the upper seating bowl. Only annoying thing was getting there from memory.

my girlfriend and i did it through ticket master and were able to pick it up at the box office at honda center. first game we went to was were in the nose bleed nearly for 40 buck a ticket. the second we game we went to we were able to get tickets in the lower section behind the penalty boxes for 120 bucks each

I got mine through Ticket Monster....wansnt sure if taht was a legit website or not but assumed it was and all good! Paid $80 for good seats in lower section at the Ducks scoring end (most of the others were going for 100+) Was a great night, thanks for your help everybody

Damn such low prices for lower section.

I paid $72 for higher section but the game is against the Kings, so I'm guessing that put the price up.

I had a look at the lower section and they were upwards of $200+ a ticket.

Thought so.

I would have loved to sit lower bowl but it's difficult to pay so much when I have the rest of the holiday to pay for.

I'm sure as long as the Ducks win I'll be happy regardless, upper bowl can't be that bad.
