Is this guy actually a problem? All I heard was Ken Judge whinging about him, but Judge was such a dudd coach that I couldn't take anything he said seriously.

It's time Woosha pissed him off, he's been around the club for as long as some of those recruiters. He is long past his use by date. The last remnant of Malthouses crew.
It’s funny all of us fans want him gone for no reason at all besides him being at the club for ages. Who’s to say the job he’s actually doing he is very good at??

I refuse to accept anyone involved with the 2022-24 West Coast Eagles is good at their job unless there's very clear proof otherwise

And even then I'm still not convinced

From the West today

"Some furniture remains at West Coast. Names such as Tim Gepp, Richard Godfrey, Peter Staples and Gavin Bell have been at the club for a hell of a long time."

Still there.

Every footy club has a couple old blokes that just hang around. Everyone knows them, everyone loves them, they rock up every Saturday.

Maybe Geppy is our one of them

I love how this board has always been fixated on this one bloke, but no one can really say why.

What you’ve posted is actually part of the reason for the fixation

Nobody really knows what he actually does so he’s just become this rather shadowy figure in the background that’s been lurking around the club for eons without any observable purpose for being there

He certainly knows where a lot of the bodies have been buried since he was in the thick of it when Cousins and co were running amok - a sort of West Coast Eagles version of Mr Wolf

Someone like Ian Miller was also at the club for just as long but he had an identifiable role in player welfare and was very good at it.

But Gepp just kinda seems to be there, occasionally popping up in the background of a video or post match interview, not actually doing anything other than just hovering around

Maybe the club believes he does do something important that warrants his ongoing employment but it’s far from obvious to anyone outside the club

Judge is the Kim Hughes of the AFL, shook up the boys club and subsequently never really good a clear shot at it.

Not saying he would have succeeded, but if your admin doesn’t support you, you’re screwed.

Glen Bartlett at Demons also tried to clean house and got kneecapped by the boys club.

Still, we are all pretty chuffed about 2006 notwithstanding the consequences.

He must be a very popular figure around the club to last for this long, if there’s an award for longevity at WC, Tim Gepp would take out the prize.

I wonder how much Gepp gets paid ?? There is another one that keeps popping up, that is the sports psychologist.
I can't see that he has made any differece either,

He is 100% indispensable.
He pumps up the footys.

It's alright peeps, I was at the club earlier today and I saw Mini (whos aged terribly BTW), getting his house in order.
I managed to sneak a quick video....(Woosh with great bag work!)
