Extremely well regarded. Wanted to return to Alberton after his Arsenal stint but Port couldn't fit him in their footy department budget given that occurred during 2020 (peak covid).

He has ambitions of running his own high performance department in time.

I don't think it's locked, just closed for cleaning from the loads Chadbro and Dixon leave.
 
Yeah, Tim Parham’s got a pretty solid reputation. He’s been around in high-performance sports and rehab for a while – worked with Arsenal, GWS, and Crows, so he’s seen a range of athletes at different levels.

I think that having someone like him at a rehab clinic or sports rehab center can bring a lot of experience in strength and recovery, which is usually a good sign they’re focusing on quality programs and proper recovery techniques.
