Nah, we're going through this with the Brizzy supporters now - Tippett is contracted, and we desperately want to keep him for next year and beyond.
To get a deal over the line, it will have to be that one sided in our favour that it'd make Vossy think twice, and an elite midfielder would have to be a part of it at the very least. We're also talking picks 8/12 from Brisbane, Freo's picks aren't even in the ballpark.
Try again next year, if he wants out then we'll be looking for all the competition we can get in order to get the best deal

yep, he's still got a year on his contract. otherwise, they can hold out a year and go through the process we just did with clark, and risk GC picking him up. although i think if it goes through the PSD, the lions might have a chance. not sure who will win more games out of those two, but i wouldn't be surprised if GC do better.
