You think he'll play regularly in the AFL this year? Comparable to Dunkley?
I think if his body holds up he will return to that ~75% TOG mark that he was around in 2023. I think we will see De Goey spend more time up the ground to try and preserve him.

I hope so. Hopefully Mitchell can get back into elite shape in the off-season, and in the greatest of worlds the forms of 2023.

Titch was massive in the Granny but his form leading up to t and the subsequent revelations about the severity of the foot injury he's been dealing with doesn't scream like a new recruit to me..
Hope I'm wrong blah blah blah...

I agree.
Unfortunately, I doubt whether Titch will be able to play a major role in our midfield next year.
He will need to be managed very carefully.

I see Titch's main role in 2025 as a necessary back up in the development of Ed Allan and Ned Long. ( While Sulli is good to have as depth, I don't see him as having the necessary physical attrubutes necessary for becoming a best 22 inside mid).
The more I look at it, the development of Ed Allan is going to be pivotal for us.

Our recruitment over the recent few weeks (DanH, PerryMan, TimM ) has been fantastic, and I am absolutely rapt in both our forward line potential, and in our defensive potential.

I keep saying it, I know others disagree and will laugh off my insistence, but a genuine, powerful inside mid is the gateway for Collingwood to a flag in 2025.

The problem with pure inside mids is that they are generally a one position player. Theoretically, you need 1.5 of them on your list - if you have one, then you get exposed when they are injured, if you have two, you are either playing one in the VFL, or out of position.

Foot looks ok
Yes Elliots Magpie has done well with this info, but it's great to be the best kind of correct.
