At the risk of sounding perverse, he almost made me wet my pants. Just looks so comfortable with the ball in hand! Admittedly his decision making needs to improve, but we have a player here! (touchwood!)

Yes looks better than most "PROSPECTS" for our defence.Liked birchall`s game as well amongst the traffic.
Like Murphy a lot, has developed nicely this year, and will get a big opportuntiy with Joel Smith out for 3 weeks with a hamstring now.
Joel may struggle to hold his spot in defence now with Murphy and Birchall looking to develop into attacking half back flanks.

He is a very cool headed player. Lets hope him getting crunched by the unit, wont stop him backing into packs any more. He is a very cool headed player unfortunatly that one kick from the back line was the only low light of his game. He is a definant for next week though.
Yes, totally agree with everything said here. Cool headed and calm and has a good set of hands and has very silky skills. Reminds me of a Danny Jacobs, however with heaps more potential and hardness.
Showed courage jumping into the path of Lynch which was extremely dangerous.

At last our half bank line can move on to bigger and better things, Murph was sensational....did some beautiful work in traffic thats for sure....
