Haven't read this thread in over 24 hours, and I literally have lost brain cells reading this over the last 30 minutes.
How many, thinking of doing a study on it

If Carlton think it's pretty even between picks 3 and 6 and they rate Aish why wouldn't they do it? And they are short for midfielders especially if Gibbs goes.
I get the idea, thing is if you’re going to trade down you’ll be able to attract a better player than Aish. He is a fringe player, has potential, but fringe. If I were CArlton I prefer to take Wills. Absolute bull, similar to Rockliff and Mitchell from the hawks. Can win the ball although not as damaging as other players. Useful in and under type that they need.

If their replacing Gibbs they won't want an inside mid mate, they'll wan't want an outside player, i know some people think Aish is an inside mid, but he aint.

Aish won’t replace Gibbs inside or out. If they bring in wills they could play Murphy outside.

He has all the talent (minus speed) to make it, but just doesn’t seem to get it right. I hope he figures it out...just can’t see a club taking a gamble with pick 3.

Hope you’re right

Aish won't replace Gibbs, but he's more a Gibbs type than Wills, and they mightn't wanna **** with their midfield by giving Murphy a different role, and Murphy's Murphy, he's good inside and out, you won't change the way he plays.

Looking at that it doesn't seem too bad? Seems his 2017 input increased greatly compared to his 2016 season? Alot of "used ball well" in there. The club obviously see something in him lets see what happens.

I have a swans supporting mate who quite likes him. Just pointing out that he isn’t a sharp shooter in the kicking sense, as per our usual routine of drafting and trading.
