Imagine staring into the cold, dead eyes of Sam Power across a poker table. Reckon I'd cash my chipsi in and walk away at the earliest possible chance

You wouldn’t be allowed to cash in Sam Power’s chips.

Also any1 else think Brisbane Future 1st could be a little better than what we expect.

I give the following teams a chance of finishing above them. If they get knocked out 1st week of finals would be real nice
Cats
Swans
Dees
Dogs
Tigers
Blues
Power
If they Lose Oscar McInnerny to injury then they might struggle with Fort as the only other ruck ready to play. Anything can happen in finals but it's hard to imagine them not making finals so pick 12 might be about as good as it gets.

They will want pick 30 and a future second round pick. Future second to go to GC for Sharp.

I would offer pick 39, future second for
Lobb and a future third

It allows them to get their trades done, without effecting our draft hand too much.
30 + F2 with a sweetener coming back is ok by me.
30 + 39 would be better to annoy Brisbane (take 39 going back off the table) but Suns was a F2 pick for Sharpe.

How dumb can Ralph be? Of course there is no tangible draft benefit in sending a player to the PSD.

Its not about the club gaining, its about playing about the only card a club has when a player, his management and the prospective club collude to ensure that a fair deal is never tabled. The angst that Ralph feels is not because of our intransigence. Its because of the Bears. Its instructive that nearly every one of the desperate for content talking heads has advised us to bend over with the assurance that the Bears will only use the tip and that we should be grateful for this. Its especially galling to see this clown bring up our recent good fortune at the draft, whilst at the same time neglecting the fact that it has robbed us of going deep into the draft for the last two years. As for Treloar, he was a gift for certain but it had almost nothing to do with us that he fell into our lap. Its just absurd for him to use these examples as a cudgel as a means of getting us to assume the desired position.

I dunno, but given the flow of messaging in recent days. Its almost like the media is a cabal and in cahoots with a manager at the centre of this deal. A manager who also happens to work with many of the ****wits like Ralph who are advising our club on what's in our best interests.

Would love to do business with Jon Ralph.
Now now let's not get too carried away here. I know we're all heightened but let's not say something we might genuinely regret via the way of someone quoting you in their tagline forever

I love your posts, informed, sensible and logical.

Surely if Dunks had to choose between PSD and signing on with us again he'd choose us??

Ralph has no idea. I don’t understand how he has a job.

I genuinely think Tom Browne is a better reporter than him.

this was actually the one i was trying to quote but I stand by both of them in hindsight

Josh Bruce might move to the backline according to his manager.
