If you could get 20+ games from that back 7 you'd be absolutely rapt, that's a top 6(4) backline for sure, Speed, Size, Intercept ability, Skill all covered.

It’s the role he would play, making contests inside our forward 50, not getting outmarked, if not marking it then halving the contest bringing other players into the game, tbh it’s something Mckernan, has started to bring into his game. But does not do it enough. We don’t have a power key forward on our list, he helps fill that gap on our list in the short time, whilst we either develop someone, or identify a target that is not there atm,
If we get 2-3 years out of him. That’s a great result.

But by saying that both players for Raz is fair, you're talking about now. Not what he is worth in 2 year time. Those two players are on the table now. What he is worth now is not what Cameron and Papley are worth. You're just not being realistic.

Howard for Raz is fair right now. If I was port i wouldn't want to part with 10 either.

I'd like to go for Grundy. If we lose Joe (2 firsts) and Fantasia (1 first) I'd happily use 3 firsts with something small back for Grundy. offer him his 7 years. He will only be 32 at end of it. If we don't get a KPF swap Draper (when recovered) and Grundy changing ruck and FF.

To me this solves a lot of our midfield issues with a dominant ruck combo over the requirement to get a bull. If we get first hands on it bull is required less and less
