Got Blood Test Results Today and they where Good. No Sign of Diabietees - Inflamation is down though he said something that could lead to Gout was a Tad High

Well you don’t drink alcohol so that’s a good start

Just drink plenty of water, exercise and don’t eat a lot of seafood and you should be sweet.
