After the recent form of Hill, obviously nearly every dreamteamer would

have put him in their teams. I for one didnt but what can i do. Still have

20 trades remaining and will look to have about 14 or 15 left after rd 12

hopefully. Injuries at the end of last season killed me. What are peoples

plans for trades? And how many have people used already?

1 trade used.
Plan is to upgrade 6 players (2 back, 2 mid, 2 forwards) and downgrade 6 rookies, preferably in the latter half of the season/finals.

That leaves me with 7 trades. Probably use 2 in the next 3-4 weeks (peak/trough trades), save 2 for long-term injuries and have 3 saved for finals. But plans always go awry.

One Trade Thompson to Hill. Hill is already worth what Thompson was :)

Although Thompson is going alrught today

I will look at getting a back rookie to replace Hurn

No trades yet. I have Rioli, Tippett and Gamble in the forward line already so couldn't justify a trade to pick up Hill. I'm looking closely at my 7th backman. I hope to upgrade in a week or two. Peter Burgoyne or Brendon Goddard look the likely targets. I already have Brad Johnston but Nick Reiwoldt might come into calculations after last night's game. I've loaded my midfield with 5 rookies so I hope to cash them in over the next month or so. I guess I'll be watching Trent Cotchin's progress closely....

Traded Jetta for Josh Hill last week. Picked up points, money and dodged a bullet with Jetta blowing a tyre last night :D

i think the more annoying part of it all is that my "premiums" are the ones underperforming whereas mid ranged players including hall, deledio, porps and players like that are performing well enough that i cant exactly trade them out for other premiums
