Many of us are very, very good mates. Not just "cyber space" mates, but we know each other well. We share the births of our babies, our marriages, our birthdays and we share our bad times about other things than footy!! I dont think you have that over there, or that many boards or clubs do.
Scott is welcome to post what ever he wants on the board, no matter where his heart is!! He's a mate of many, a port supporter........Your nothing, you dont even belong here........SO ******** OFF!!

And I'll throw in my agreement as well.
The standard of the main boards has degenerated to an abysmal degree over the last twelve months or so due to woeful administration and lack of control of the disruptive elements in the BF community. Abuse and lampooning are rampant on there, there is no hope for any sort of intelligent conversation or discussion. The club board is our last bastion of this and must be preserved.
In the last two weeks we've been inundated by North Melbourne trolls and the serial pests of the main boards are now darkening our door.
Hopefully Bresh and DK will stomp on them quick smart.

!! Dont know if you cant read or what, but were not cyber buddies - real life mates!! I guess you dont have either, explains why you are on our board trying to get some, trouble is no one wants to know you, your not wanted anywhere! Guess thats what becomes of being old, lonely and 60!! But then again, you've properly be like that all your life, nothing to hang your hat on!! Glenside may be what you call home I think!!

Maybe if xavsam could get his head out of his arse for two seconds he might realise that there is more to life than football. Football is a great getaway from the every day issues but sometimes the every day issues a larger than life itself.
Thankfully my fiancee appears to be doing okay over in that part of the world, still it doesn't make it any easy.

Wait a minute! We spend some time on a discussion board and get on well and some of us know others personally and get on well. You come on to a discussion board and go out of your way to make a nuisance of yourself. Well there's certainly been some interesting posts in this thread.
First off apologies for not being able to do anything earlier but last night was the first chance I had to log in since the match and found that we'd had a few idiots posting their normal garbage thanks to a couple of people reporting the posts. The posts were removed and the posters warned that posting like that again will result in a ban.
Come home today and 1 post had been reported which is going to result in that poster being banned from the board for a month - unfortunately we have to get the site administrators to ban people from a particular board as we can only ban people totally from BF.
As mentioned in the Warning Zero Tolerance Thread at the top of our board......
Any rubbish posts, report them instead of feeding the trolls by replying to them which only encourages them.
Remember 'Never argue with an idiot as they'll only drag you down to their level and beat you with experience'
We seem to get quite a few people posting complaints about certain posts/posters but very few people actually report posts which has been mentioned many times before is the quickest and best way to get something done. Replying to idiots only encourages them to post even more - even if you do not stoop to their level.
So if you have a problem with a post click on the red triangle that is on the bottom left hand corner of each post and we'll act upon it as soon as we can.
Don't bother replying to them just continue posting in the thread or other threads ignoring their posts and we'll make sure the posts are removed and relevant follow up is done (warning/suspension/banning).
