Nice one. I visited Morocco there and Afrobeat was very popular (didn't really know there was a big scene for it there). Saw an Afrobeat group from Durban, BCUC, play at a festival there and then afterwards do a set with a gnawa maalem. Was predictably ****ing amazing.

I've been on one of a southern hip hop binge recently (I usually am tbf), mainly Memphis rap and chopped & screwed.
