Jesus that's not a good rating at all, they've got all these big names on the show and they can't crack a million right now.

Probably shows there’s way to much content out there at the moment. A lot of people have to watch on streaming services rather than live.

Numbers for WWE and AEW aren’t great and considering WWE is seen as a “sinking ship” it would be disappointing that AEWs numbers aren’t as high considering.

WWE constantly ranks in the top few shows on American cable and live programming is at a premium

They're not doing anything with the names is the problem. Punk and Bryan aren't doing anything other than having matches. Their world title feud has no heat. The people who tuned in to the show to see Punk and Bryan aren't hanging around to see Omega, Punk and Page play dress up while they play with the comedy job squad.

Who could have guessed last week's Halloween main event would be followed with a mass tune-out. Surprised Johnny Hungee's enthralling insider promo didn't get people changing the channel back.

Just isn't a great time for either. AEW lost momentum with moving days and times and now is just preparing for Full Gear. They have fired back up the last couple of years around and just after new year. And WWE has Survivor Series where there will be good wrestling but nothing of consequence to any title or story line can happen.

Where’s the posts about RAWs 3rd Hour being 1.3m with a demo of 0.34

Maybe they should cut more ppl

I'm confused--- is 1.3mill and a demo of 0.34 good ratings or bad ratings on cable?

What kind of question is that?

You're complaining about 1.3mil viewers & a 0.34 demo. If that's bad, I'm assuming you'll hold every show that's below that number to the same standard.

Dynamite won’t grow its numbers because they cater to the Internet and Dirt Sheet crowd. Obscure Japanese guys no one else would care for, ROH guys main eventing on night 1 etc

the internet and dirt sheet crowd is all wrestling has left. it's a niche product now.

Not saying that it will happen but when the WWE show about the fall of WCW you had Hunter, Foley etc say that even though their ratings were worse they had the better shows and crowds and knew that in the end that the ratings will sway.
Is AEW in that position now? They seem to have overall the more fun show start to finish. Crowds have been great when they have gone head to head. Of cause Wrestlemania will always draw the most but it’s interesting to see how it goes.

Dynamite still can't crack a mil. Way to much content out there now.

Got nothing to do with WWE doing a whole bunch of stuff specifically to jazz up NXT and get younger viewers and getting a .11. Is absolutely appalling can only hope they don't blame the talent as most of them are green as grass and shouldn't be anywhere near a US national cable TV program.

Also cater to people who like pro wrestling, genuine promos and competitive matches (not all the time but a lot of it). Declaring at such an early point they can't grow their numbers is ridiculous. Nothing wrong with Lethal being in a main event either.

"Such an early point"--- it's been over 2 years and the viewership has barely grown on a consistent weekly basis.

There is about 750,000 people who will watch Dynamite on a weekly basis and another 500,000 that you could define as "casual viewers" who will tune in occasionally to "check it out"--- but that's no different than the audience on episode #1.
